I was reading a post on another simulation group that talked about staffing in simulation. The poster said they were the only simulation employee in their center and asked if this is normal.

I am a FTE Nursing Faculty that handles both the Sim Educator roll, Skills Lab Coordinator, and Sim Operator for my College of Nursing Lab with four simulation rooms, and three lab rooms.
