Bio	Surgeon Commander Sean Miles is an experienced Naval Medical Officer, Engineer, Pilot, Diver, Submariner, Flight Surgeon, and Special Forces Operator with a distinguished career in maritime and operational medicine. Currently serving as ACOS NMED at NATO Maritime Command (MARCOM), he has been instrumental in shaping NATO medical doctrine, enhancing medical intelligence databases, and improving Role 1 medical readiness at sea.
