Alyssa is a dedicated professional who has made a significant impact during her six-year tenure at Laerdal Medical. Starting as an Account Manager, she excelled in consulting hospitals and schools on the implementation and expansion of simulation programs. Her expertise and strategic guidance were instrumental in helping these institutions enhance their educational initiatives to ultimately improve patient outcomes. In addition, Alyssa has co-hosted a simulation webcast called The HSL (Helping Save Lives) Webcast, where she and her co-host shared valuable simulation insights and expertise with an international audience. Alyssa’s passion for healthcare led her to transition into the role of Product Marketing Manager. She now oversees the Maternity, Newborn, and Software portfolios, ensuring effective marketing strategies and promoting innovative solutions that empower healthcare professionals worldwide. Alyssa’s commitment to improving patient outcomes through simulation technology continues to drive her success.

Bridget Wynne is a Product Marketing Manager at Laerdal, where she has been contributing to the mission of helping save lives since 2022. Her scope includes the Resuscitation portfolio, encompassing BLS manikins, feedback devices, as well as medical devices within the Spinal and Airway categories. She works closely with the Pre-hospital Segment and is especially focused on distribution marketing—where much of her portfolio is sold. Bridget also supports go-to-market efforts across e-commerce and direct sales channels, helping to ensure effective positioning and customer engagement across every touchpoint.

Chris Ryals is a SimCapture Impact Manager at Laerdal Medical, working with professional education programs and healthcare organizations to improve training outcomes and clinical readiness. He joined Laerdal in 2022 after serving as Program Operations Manager for the Navy Medical Modeling and Simulation Training Office, following a decade of service as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman. His background spans pre-hospital care, nursing education, and medical instruction, with over 6,000 hours of teaching and skills lab experience. Chris holds the Master Training Specialist and Allied Health Instructor certifications and is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare. He brings a practical, learner-centered approach to simulation, connecting curriculum design, adult learning principles, and skills development to support effective and engaging training programs.
