Hey Tiffany, there are a lot of different companies and platforms that offer AR and VR. Cynthia makes excellent points to consider, but also consider space. We use Oxford Medical for VR at our institution but there are many different companies. Do some research, ask for companies to come show you their products and look at pricing, etc.

I have started using AI in the following ways:

Business operations
Content cleanup
Content review

I am finding AI most helpful for:

Removing redundant tasks from my ongoing to do list.
Helping me summarize content into quick chunks.
Creating spreadsheet equations which would have taken me days to figure out.
