This is combined with accurate internal and external anatomy, including labia, clitoris, clitoral hood, urethra, rectum, and vaginal canal with rugae. The result is an unmatched level of clinical fidelity, with the digital exams that feel real, accurate resistance when using a speculum, and internal visuals that encourages suspension of disbelief.

Seven easily interchangeable uteri with various pathologies are included (small, medium, large, retroverted, fibroids, ovarian cyst, and hollow). The hollow uterus accommodates an array of scenarios, including IUD placement and retrieval, uterine manipulation, cervical ripening, pap smears, and more. Since the model closely mimics human anatomy, there is flexibility for users to create additional scenarios beyond what is described in product documentation.

Core skills:

• Correct use of the speculum for examination of the structures of the vagina and cervix.
• Bi-manual palpation, including uterine anomalies such as fibroids or ovarian cyst.
• Manipulation of the os, and insertion of instruments into the cervix and uterus.
• Practice of pap-smear.
• Insertion of medical devices such as IUDs, pessaries, laminaria, prostaglandin tapes, etc.
• Searching for vaginal tears by palpating the membrane between vagina and anus.
• Insertion of catheter (up to 4cm into urethra, note that there is no bladder in the model).
