A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Reggie combines his background in leadership and service with a passion for innovation in healthcare. He currently calls Phoenix, Arizona home.

Kyle Moyer is a Regional Vice President at Education Management Solutions (EMS) where he has spent the past nine years helping institutions enhance their clinical training through innovative simulation solutions. Over his tenure Kyle has held several sales leadership roles building deep expertise in healthcare simulation and education technology. His experience has supported hundreds of higher education and healthcare organizations in advancing their simulation programs. A proud Penn State University graduate Kyle lives in the Philadelphia area with his family.

With more than two decades of experience in the medical solutions industry Ben Zajicek brings a deep understanding of clinical education and technology to his role as Regional Sales Manager at Education Management Solutions (EMS). Before joining EMS Ben spent 17 years with Laerdal Medical as a Senior Territory Manager where he partnered with institutions to advance and improve healthcare outcomes. Passionate about helping organizations deliver safer, more effective care Ben takes pride in building strong client relationships and tailoring solutions that make a real impact. He graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and calls Omaha home.

Kevin Hoffman is a Digital Marketing Specialist at Education Management Solutions (EMS). Since joining the company in 2022, he has developed a strong passion for healthcare simulation—an interest inspired by his mother’s more than 30-year career as a pediatric registered nurse and by the impactful work being done across this community. Kevin graduated from the University of Iowa, where he studied journalism, political science, and international studies. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife, their two young children, and their attention-loving rescue dog, Sage.
